100% Pinot Noir

This wine has a golden colour. The effervescence
is fed by fine bubbles that give birth to a
a delicate cordon.
The nose of this wine is complete. It is dominated
by notes of pastry, biscuit and candied apricots.
Some cocoa flavours are added.
The palate is marked by candied yellow fruits,
such as greengage with spicy hazelnut flavours. A
well-balanced champagne with a good structure
supported by smooth tannins.
