Its amber color with golden reflections has a beautiful effervescence and a persistent cord. Its nose is open and greedy, focused on the register of ripe yellow fruits and more particularly with notes of plum. A few touches of gingerbread complete this expressive nose. On the palate, this champagne presents a beautiful frame of lively and fresh throughout the tasting. The mid-palate offers us a nice volume. The finish is supported by an acidity reminiscent of lemon zest.
